Setup a Contact-Based HubSpot Workflow
Add “Contact enrollment trigger” as your first action, then customize this trigger by setting the filter type as “Marketing emails” and choose the email action you would like to use as the trigger.
Setup an Automatic Phone Call
Using Kixie’s integration with HubSpot workflows, select the “make a call” action and designate which phone number to call.
Accept the Phone Call
When the email is opened, the Kixie dialer sends a notification, and your rep can accept and place the outbound phone call to follow-up.
Leave a Voicemail
If the call is not answered, a voicemail drop can be used to leave a pre-recorded message for the prospect. One click will drop a pre-recorded voicemail, configured in the Kixie dashboard.
