Only Continue If
Create a filter to only continue if the disposition is "Create Zendesk Ticket".
Find Contact Record
Search for the contact in your CRM using the contact ID provided via the Kixie webhook.
Create Ticket in Zendesk
Using the contact's information from the CRM, create a ticket in Zendesk. Use data from Kixie to write the body of the ticket.
