How Kixie Syncs with Contactually

In Contactually, Kixie will automatically log call activities inside of the contact that is associated with the phone number you are calling/being called by. The call activity, along with the call recording, can be seen below, highlighted by the red arrow.

New Phone Leads and Missed Call Buckets: Never Miss Another Inbound Lead

When you receive a call that does not have an associated person in Contactually, Kixie will automatically create a contact and drop it into a bucket called New Phone Leads. All contacts whose last activity is a missed incoming call, on the other hand, will be dropped automatically into the Missed Phone Call bucket. Once you contact them in any way, they will be removed from the Missed Phone Call bucket.
